MOTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEAT OF
TRACT 44, CLEAR SPRINGS RANCH
On this the 9th day of March 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a public
hearing on Clear Springs Ranch, Tract 44.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
Thursday, April 20th, 1989 at 1:00 o'clock P. M. in the County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article
232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7,
pages 556-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved to set the Public
Hearing.

RANCHLANDS SUBDIVISION, LOT 11
On this the 9th day of March 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a public
hearing on Y O Ranchlands Subdivision, Lot 11.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
April 20th, 1989 at 1:15 o'clock P.M. in the County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article
232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7,
pages 556-557.
