APPROVAL OF SECOND QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL
APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES
FOR THE YEAR 1989, IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,561.31
On this the 13th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved the second quarterly payment to the KERR
CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT for tax appraisal office expenses
for the year 1989, in the amount of 517,561.31.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General
Fund, Line Itme No. 10-660-471, made payable to the Kerr
Central Appraisal District, in the amount of 517,561.31.

Court unanimously approved, with reservations, the Minutes of
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the
Regular Session on February 13, 1989, Special Session on
February 23 and 24, 1989, Workshop Session on March 2, 1989,
Special Session on March 2, 1989, and Special Session on
March 9, 1989, as recorded in Volume R, Pages 217 thru 257.
