TO HIRE FOUR (4) NEW JAILERS
On this the 13th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said
motion to authorize the Sheriff, Frances A. Kaiser, to hire
four (4) new jailers, carried by a majority vote.

MOTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS INTO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin and Holekamp voting "AYE", and County
Judge Edwards and Commissioner's Ray and Morgan voting "NAY",
said motion to transfer $20,000.00 from Line Item No.
10-660-425, 216th Task Force, to Line Item No. 10-512-104,
Jailer Salaries, and the balance needed for FICA, Insurance,
Retirement, and Hospitalization from Line Item No. 10-512-333
Prisoner Medical, failed two to three.
