Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that Sheriff
Frances A. Kaiser and Deputy Gary Chapman shall be the only
authorized signatures to have access to safety deposit boxes
2448 and 267, located at Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Tx.
It is also ordered by the Court that the Kerr County
Sheriff's Office and the Kerr County Auditor's Office shall
jointly audit the contents of the safety deposit boxes, Nos.
2448 and 267.

On this the 23rd day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved Bonnie White, System Administrator, and
Danny R. Edwards, Kerr County Judge, to be authorized
signatures to have access to a Safety Deposit Box at Chas.
Schreiner Hank on behalf of Kerr County, such to be used for
storage of computer tapes.
