Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer S237.00 from Road & Bridge
unexpended balance to Line Item No. 10-409-575, Land
Acquisition, for title insurance committment on the purchase
of 2.62 acres from Chester Schwethelm.

ORDER APPROVING VACATING OF PLAT
The Court having examined the record and being satisfied that
Renita 8. McGahee has complied with all provisions of the
Local Government Code 212.013, does hereby approve the
vacating and cancellation of the subdivision plat for Isensee
Acres which currently appears of record in Volume 4, Page 14
of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.
