On this the 23rd day of March, 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
"° Court unanimously approved the County Judge to sign, on
behalf of the County, the contract with M. P. Butler
Construction for the completion of White Wing, Spring Meadow
and that portion of Camino Real between Hwy. 16 and Lillian.
(Commissioner Morgan was out of the Courtroom when this Order
