MOTION TO APPROVE A HOLD-UP SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM
On this the 23rd day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the purchase of a hold-up security alarm
system was approved by a majority vote.
Said system shall be purchased from I.H.R. Security,
Kerrville, Texas, out of Line Item No. 10-510-570.

MOTION TO APPROVE SALARY INCREASE FOR BUELAH BYAS
IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE PRECINCT #1 OFFICE
On this the 23rd day of March, 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp and Baldwin voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Morgan and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING",
said motion to approve a 25 cent per hour pay raise for
8uelah Byas, in the Justice of the Peace Prect. #1, effective
April 1, 1989 was approved by a majority vote.
