TO CONSTABLE PRECINCT #2
On this the 23rd day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Baldwin, Holekamp and Ray voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
transfer a 1981 Plymouth, VID# 1P3BR27N1BA121113 was approved
by a majority vote.
The County will repair and maintain the vehicle and the
Constable Precinct 2 will furnish gas.

On this the 23rd day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to adjourn.
