On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the resignation of Mary Hines in the Tax
Assessor-Collector's Office effective March 31, 1989.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE PROMOTION OF WILLIAM R. "RUSTY"
HIERHOLZER TO WARRANT SERGEANT IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the promotion of William R. "Rusty"
Hierholzer to warrant sergeant in the Sheriff's Office with
no increase in pay.

County Judge Edwards presented the County Treasurer, Dorothy
Hilburn, with a check for $500.00 from the Substance Abuse
Committee to be credited to the Drug Dog Account.
