ORDER NO. 18547
MOTION TO RESET A PUBLIC HEARING FDR REPEAT OF
TRACT 44, CLEAR SPRINGS RANCH
On this the 30th day of March 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of resetting the date for a public
hearing on Clear Springs Ranch, Tract 94.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
May e, 1989 at 10:00 o'clock A.M, in the County Courthouse in
Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article 232.009 "Revision of
Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7, pages 556-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
-- Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to reset
the Public Hearing.
County Judge Edwards returned at 2:45 o'clock P.M, and
Chairman Pro Tem Morgan turned the meeting back over to the
Judge.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN JUSTICE
OF THE PEACE PRECINCT #1 OFFICE
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Ray, Morgan and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
transfer $400.00 from Line Item No. 10--455-485, Conferences,
to Line Item No. 10-455-561, Computer Hardware, to purchase
one (1) computer terminal, was approved by a majority vote.
