MOTION TO TERMINATE CONTRACT WITH MONTGOMERY
ELEVATOR COMPANY EFFECTIVE MAY 31, 1989
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Holekamp, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Morgan "ABSTAINING",
said motion to terminate the elevator contract with
Montgomery Elevator Company effective May 31, 1989, was
approved by a majority vote.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
