Morgan, the Court unanimously approved paying of said bills,
with the exception of Invoice #4872 to Ernest Rodriquez for
51,600.00, be held.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court. unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
r Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on March
13, 1989, Special Session on March 23, 1989, Special Session
on March 30, 1989, and Special Session on April 6, 1989, as
recorded in Volume R, Pages 258 thru 287.

On this the 10th day of April 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
