On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to amend Order No. 18530, which was
approved on March 23, 1989 to pay the annual dues for the
South Texas County Judges' and Commissioners' Association, to
corrert the Line Item from 10-400-485 to 10-401-315, Books,
Publications and Dues i.n Commissioners' Court.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of April 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General Fund,
Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library,
Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, and 216th
District Probation Fund.

Motion by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, the Court unanimously approved paying of said bills,
with the exception of Invoice #4872 to Ernest Rodriquez for
$1,600.00, be held.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES
On this the 1.0th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court. unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on March
13, 7.989, Special Session on March 23, 1989, Special Session
on Marr_h 30, 1989, and Special Session on April 6, 1969, as
recorded in. Volume R, Pages 258 thru 287.

MOTION TO APPROVE MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 10th day of April 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
,., and subjer..t to audit.
