On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards
"ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the hiring of Charlotte
Williams in the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, effective
April 17, 1.989, at Pay Group 10, Step 2, $12,411.00 annually,
51,034.25 monthly and $517.13 semi-monthly, was approved by a
majority vote.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE RESIGNATION OF RUBEN RODRIGUEZ
IN THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Ruben Rodriguez
in the Maintenance Department effective March 29, 1989.
