On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray, and Holekamp and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY",
said motion to pay Invoice No. 4872 for $1600.00, to Ernest
Q. Rodriguez for E.C.A. Class costs, was approved by a
majority vote.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 12:24 o'clock P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED AT 1:30 o'clock P. M, with all
members present and the Court having duly opened, the
following proceedings were had:

MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF PATRICK CASTILLO
IN MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the hiring of Patrick Castillo in the
Maintenance Department, effective April 1, 1989, at Pay Group
7, Step 3, $10,970.00 annually, $914.17 monthly, and 5457.08
semi-monthly, was approved by a majority vote.
