Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the resignation of Oliver Green as
Constable Precinct #2, effective April 6, 1989.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF ROY GREEN AS DEPUTY
SHERIFF IN KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of Roy Green as Deputy
Sheriff in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office, effective April
7, 1989, at Pay Grour> 17, Step 1, $17,109.00 annually,
$1,425.'!5 monthly, 5712.88 semi-monthly.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF A PERSON, AS CONTRACT
LABOR, IN ROAD & BRIDGE UNTIL MAY 7, 1989
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved Gerald Menefee, Road Engineer, to hire a
person in Road & Bridge as contract labor to work only until
May 7, 1989, with the main purpose being to supervise
week-end community workers.
