BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN JUSTICE OF
THE PEACE PRECINCT #1 OFFICE
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer $100.00 from Line Item
No. 10-455-457, Machine Maintenance, to Line Item No.
10-455-456, Machine Repairs, in Justice of the Peace Precinct
#1.
COUNTY JUDGE, DANNY R. EDWARDS, CALLED FOR EXECUTIVF. SESSION
at 3:55 o'clock P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 5:50
o'clock P. M. with all members present, and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

MOTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY JUDGE, DANNY EDWARDS,
TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
THAT THE COUNTY IS IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR OBLIGATION
OF $24,576.00 ON VERDE CREEK BRIDGE ON ELM PASS ROAD
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the County Judge, Danny R.
Edwards, to write a letter to the State Department oŁ
Highways and Public, Transportation, in answer to their letter
of March 23, 1989, advising them we are in agreement with our
remaining obligation of $24,576.00 on Verde Creek Bridge on
Elm Pass Road.
