-4~'q3•- A workshop on the expansion of the jail, a new juvenile '~ detention center, and a misdemeanor facility was held on April 20, 1989 at 5:30 o'clock P.M., with all members of the Court present. Annette Butler and Les Sherman were allowed 30 days to present a possible solution and rough blueprint. No orders were passed. COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SFECIAL SESSION on April 20, 1989 at 1:00 o'clock P,M. with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: ORDER NO. 18595 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 20th day of April 1989, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and ,sccounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund. Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that said bills be paid, with the following exception: Invoice No. 5243 for $3,997.18 to Hill County Memorial Hospital.
