On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, ser.,onded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the replat of Y 0 Ranchlands,
Tract No. 11, with no variances, lor_ated in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct Four
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
