MOTION TO PAY ROAD & BRIDGE CONTRACT LABOR
ON RICHARD R. BAYER
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to pay Road & Bridge Contract Labor.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Road & Bridge Line Item No. 15-611-410,
Contract Labor, in the amount of 5204.00 and made payable to
Richard R. Bayer.

y-- MOTION THAT COMMISSIONERS' COURT SHALL APPROVE.
PLATS WITHIN EXTRA-TERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved that. from this date forward all plats
within the Extra-Territorial. Jurisdiction of any City within
Kerr County, shall be approved by Commissioners' Court
subject to prior approval by the respective city within whose
jurisdiction said plat falls.
Such plats shall be filed pursuant to the plat procedures of
Kerr County for final plats.
