MOTION TO REFUND PERMIT FEE FOR ON-SITE WASTE WATER
SYSTEM TO BEN LOCHER
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to refund the permit fee for on-site
waste water system to Mr. Ben Locher.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-335-201, Environmental
Health, for $250.00 and made payable to Ben Locher, P.O. Box
805, Center Point, Texas 78010.

MOTION TO PAY ADULT PROBATION COMMUNITY SERVICE.
INSURANCE ON COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to pay the Adult Probation Community
Service Insurance on the Community Service workers.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 85 570 205,
Community Service Insurance, for $300.00 and made payable to
Volunteers Insurance Service.
