On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to refund the permit fee for on-site
waste water system to Mr. Ben Locher.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-335-201, F.nvi.ronmental
Health, for $250.00 and made payable to Ben Locher, P. O. Box
805, Center Point, Texas 78010.

Service Insurance on the Community Service workers.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby

Community Service Insurance, for $300.00 and made payable to
