On this the 20th day of April 1989, Commissioner Morgan moved
to standardize letter of credit, trust, and performance and
maintenance bonds to inr,lude the following:
A) Unexpiring performance liability
B) Specific Construction allowable date
C) Registration or filing of road approval date
D) Establishment of evaluation dates
E) Adoption of form for bond tracking
After discussion Commissioner Morgan withdrew his motion.

MOTION TO ADVERTISE FOR PROPOSALS FROM ARCHITECTS
AND/OR ENGINEERS AS TO COSTS TO PERFORM A STUDY
°^° TO DEVELOP LONG RANGE PLANS FOR USE IN EXPANDING
THE ~7AIL, JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER AND
COURTHOUSE SPACE
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to advertise for proposals from
architects and/or engineers as to costs to perform a study to
develop long range plans for use in expanding the jail,
juvenile detention center and courthouse space. The notice
is to run Wednesday, Rpril 26th, 1989 and the deadline for
receiving the proposals will be May 18th, 1989 at 5:00
o'clock P.M. in t_he Kerr County Judge's Office. There will
be a pre-proposal conference and a tour on Thursday, May 4th,
1989 at 1:00 o'clock P. M.
