MOTION TO APPROVE MONTLY, QUARTERLY AND SEMI-ANNUAL
REPORTS OF THE COUNTY CLERK
On this the 20th day of April. 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the monthly reports of the County Clerk and
having heard and considered by the Court, finds that said
reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for
future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 20th day of April 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the Quarterly Report of the County Clerk on
Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered and
Collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court in
the amount of $72,617.50.
On this the 20th day of April 1989, came on to be considered
~^ by the Court, the Semi-Annual Report of all receipts and
disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and
deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period
from October 1st, 1988 through March 91st, 1989, and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Funds in the amount of
$54,907.68, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
in due form and should be approved.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved the above
reports.
