AN ESTRAY CONTRACT WITH W. I. HENDERSON, III
On this the 20th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved, based on the Sheriff's
recommendation, to authorize the Sheriff to sign an estray
contract with W. I. Henderson, III as Estray Officer, with
the Agriculture Barn as the receiving faci7.ity and the point
of origin, and mileage will be paid from pickup to pir_kup,
not portal to portal.
