On this the 27th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the final plat of Houston Estates,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct Two,
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERB COUNTY S[JBDIVISION "R[JLF.S AND REC;tJLATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE REINSTATEMENT OF BOBBIN A.
BURLEW IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 27th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin and Morgan voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING"
said motion to approve the reinstatement of Bobbin A. Burlew
in the County Clerk's Office, effective April 21, 1989 at Pay
Group 10, Step 1, $12,109,00 annually, $1,009,08 monthly, and
$504.54 semi-monthly, was approved by a majority vote.
