MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE ON CENTER POINT ESTATES
On this the 4th day of May 1989, Commissioner Baldwin made a
motion to grant a variance on Center Point Estates, Lots 414
and 415. After much discussion it was decided that Mr.
Milton would send a letter to each homeowner in his
subdivision and request them to reply in writing that they
had no objection to the transfer of land. Commissioner
Baldwin withdrew his motion.

MOTION TO AUTHORIZE THE GOUNTY ATTORNEY
TO CLOSE WITH CHESTER SCHWETHELM AND FILE DEED
ON 2.62 ACRES AT SPUR 100
On this the 4th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the County Attorney to close the
real estate transaction with Mr. Chester Schwethelm and file
the Deed on 2.62 acres at Spur 100.
