COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVF,NF.D IN KF.GULAR SESSION on May 8, 1989 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. with the following members present: DANNY R. EDWARDS, Kerr.' County Judge R. GORDON MORGAN, Commissioner Precinct #1 BILL RAY, Commissioner Precinct #2 GLENN K. HOLEKAMP, Commissioner Precinct #3 H. A. "Bi.JSTF.k" BALDWIN, Commissioner Precinct #4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: COMMISSIONERS' COURT RF..CESSF.U at 1.0:00 o'clock A.M. for a Public Hearing on Clear Springs Ranch Estates, Lot 44. There were nine (9) members of the public prPSent. Mr. & Mrs. Newman would like to divide Lot 44 into two lots and sell the 12.76 acres, with the house, and keep the 5.45 acres. Mr. Raymond Buck addressed the Court that he objects because his lot is all hill and he would have no way to turn around if a fence is erected and the right of way closed. He does not want the 60 foot easement fenr,ed in front of his house, and he wants the boulder moved and the locked gate above his house opc=.ned. The right ~f way easement is sti-11 60 foot and will remain. Hazelle Calcote told Mr. Burk she would he glad to see that he has a key t.o the lock, but the lor,ked gate will remain to keep out vandals. Mr. Marshall Walden, who owns Lot, 46 adjacent to Lot 44, stated he had no objections to the replat. He spoke with Mr. Newman who assured him nothing would change. THF. FLAT On this the 8th day of May 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously apprnved the replat. of Clear Springs Ranch PAGR, 334 Estates, Trar_t 44, in Conanissioners' Precinct No. 1, on condition all property owners have equa.L acres ro their property and suhject to the terms and provisions set out on the face of the replat. ORDER N0. 18639 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 8th day of May 1.989, name on to be considered by the Court the vax-ious claims and acr_ount:s against Kerr County and the various Commissioner:>' Precinct:s, which r.l.aims and accounts were approved For payment out of General, ~7ury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Publi.r.
