present, and the Court having duly opened the following
proceedings were had:
Sealed bids for moveab.e shelving for the County Law Library
were opened. Bids were received from Texas Spacesaver

On this the 19th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved +_o refer the bids for moveable
shelving for the County Law Library to commitr_ee for review
and recommendations.

Proposals for expansion of the Jail, Juvenile Detention
center and Courthouse Spare were opened under Local
Government Code 262.030 (b) "If provided i.n the request for
proposals, proposals shall be opened so as to avoid
