Bids were received from Texas Spacesaver Systems, Inc_, Record Systems, Tnc. and TAB Products Co. ORDER NO. 186'75 MCTIUN TO REFER BIDS FOR MOVEABLE SHELVING FOR LAW LIBRARY TU COMMITTF.F. On this the 19th day of May 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, ser,onded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved to refer t:he bids for moveable shelving for the County Law Library to committee for review and recommendations. ~s~~s. ~ Proposals for expansion of the Jail, Juveni.te Detention center and Courthouse Space were opened under Local Government Code 262.030 (b) "If provided in the request for proposals, proposals shall be opened so as t.o avoid disclosure of contents to competing offerors and kept ser,ret during the process of negotiation. A].l proposals that have been submitted shall. be: open for public.. inspection after the contract is awarded, except for trade ^,er,rets and confidential information contained in the proposals and identified as such". There were six (6) proposals received.
