On this t;hc: 19th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimous>ly approved the County Judge, on behalf of the
Commi-ssioners' Court, to sign a maintenanr.e contract with
Omni Elevator for $158.3fl per month, and to become effective
June 1, 1989, and to remain in effect until. either party
gives written notice to the other party within forty-five
days of the anniversay date.
