FOR REPAIRING THE SPIhLWAY OF FLAT ROCK DAM
On this the 19th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Conunissi.oner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldw.i.n, wztt2
Commissioner's Ray and Baldwin and County ,Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ho:l.ekamp voting "NAY", and
Commissioner Morgan "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the

contract with Halliburton for the repair of the spillway at
Flat Rock Dam was approved by a msijority vote, up to
520,000.00. The Court is to receive a daily report and have
approval of all. cost over 520.000,00 prior to expenditure.
