1989 at 1.:00 o'clock P.M. with all members present, except
County ,?udge Edwards. Chairman Pro Tem Cordon Morgan chaired
the meeting and r_he Court having duly opened the following
proceedings were had:

On this the 25th day of May L989, came on to be considered by
the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County
and the various Commissioners' Freci.ncts, whi.r.h r.l.ai.ms and
accounts were approved for. paymrmt out. of General, Jury, Road
& E3ridge, County Law Library, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent
Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, saconded by Commissioner
}3aldwin, the Court unanimously approved that. said bills he
paid except invoice no. 5802 for $998.00 in the Sheriff's
Offir_e.
