Commissioner Ray, seconded by Judgc° Edwards, the Court
discussed establishing the position of. SWAP Co-Ordinator in
the ^heriff's Offi.r,e, effective thxv August 31, 1989 at a
maximum salary of Pay Croup 1Q, Stop 1, with the workweek
being Wednesday t:hru Sunday. Judge Edward::, withdrew his
second because cif the effective date and the motion died for
lack of a ser-ond.
