COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on July 10,
1989 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. with the following members
present:

R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct #1
Bill Ray, Commissioner Precinct #2
Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner, Precinct #3
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner, Precinct #9
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER N0. 18799
REFERRAL OF BIDS ON ROOFING
On this the 10th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to refer the bids on roofing the
Annex, the old courthouse, and the Agriculture Barn to
Frankie Speakmon, head of Maintenance, for consideration and
recommendation.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of July 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Flood
Control, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, and
216th District Probation Fund.

Motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner
Ray, the Court unanimously approved that said bills be paid
with the exception of invoice no. 6711 in the County Jail for
$326.75 from Hartford Chemical.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 10th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer $440.00 from Line Item No.
10-403-206, Bonds & Insurance, to Line Item No. 10-403-571,
Lease-Copier, in the County Clerk's Office.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FIJNDS IN THE COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 10th day of July 1999, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer $681.15 from Line Item No.
10-403-460, Storage-Microfilm, to Line Item No. 10-403-420,
Telephone, and $24.24 from Line Item No. 10-403-456, Machine
Repair, to Line Item No. 10-403-420, Telephone, in the County
Clerk's office.
