ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS.
SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUNDS
On this the 27th day July 1989, came on to be considered by
the Court the matter of request from Chas. Schreiner Bank to
secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to
the Court that said securities should be released as
requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner
Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court that the request from Chas. Schreiner
Bank be granted and that the following securities listed
below be released:

It is further ordered by the Court that the Frost National
Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian of the aforesaid
securities, be and is hereby authorized to pledge the

County, Texas:
