DEPUTY IN THE RERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 27th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of Richard 0. Cook as
Patrol Deputy in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office, effective
August 1, 1989, at Pay Group 17, Step 2, $17,536.00 annually,
$1,461.33 monthly, $730.67 semi-monthly.

AUTHORIZE COMMISSIONER MORGAN TO WRITE A LETTER
TO THE KERR COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT TO PROTEST ANY
INCREASE IN SALARY
on this the 27th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved Commissioner Morgan to write a
letter to the Kerr County Appraisal District to protest any
increase in salary.
(This order was corrected by Order No. 18893 passed on August
14, 1989 to read County Judge to write letter.)

THE KERR COUNTX CLERK'S OFFICE TO THE KERR COUNTY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 27th day of July 1.989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the transfer of Marilyn Fritx from
the Kerr County Clerk's Office to the Kerr County Attorney's
Office, effective August 1, 1989, with a pay increase to Pay
Group 13, Step 1, $14,042.00 annually, $1,170.17 monthly, and
$585.08 semi-monthly.
