AUTHORIZATION FOR PREREGISTRATION FOR TEXAS
ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES 1989 POST LEGISLATIVE
CONFERENCE
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the preregistration for the Texas
Association of Counties 1989 Post Legislative Conference, in
Austin, Texas.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-401-485, Conferences,
in the amount of 575.00, and made payable to TAC Conference.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN JUSTICE OF
THE PEACE, PRECINCT #1 OFFICE
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer $42.00 from Line Item No.
10-455-315, Books-Publications-Dues, to Line Item No.
10-455-402, Court Appointed Attorney in Justice of the Peace,
Precinct No. 1 Office.
