DISAPPROVAL OF THE BUDGET OF KERR COUNTY APPRAISAL
DISTRICT
On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Morgan, and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holekamp "ABSTAINING", said
motion to disapprove the budget of Kerr County Appraisal
District for the following reasons, was approved by a
majority vote.
1. Based on the assumption of a reduction in rent.
2. Number of employees receiving in excess of a 4As
increase in pay.

On this the 4th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to adjourn.
