COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on August
14, 1989 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following members
present:
Danny R. Edwards, County Judge
Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner Precinct No. 3
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
Gordon R. Morgan, Commissioner Precinct No. 1 arrived at
10:05 o'clock P.M.
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER NO. 18892
APPROVAL TO PAY $1,567.80 FOR MAINFRAME
MAINTENANCE
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to pay 51,567.80 to Applied
Digital Data Systems for maintenance contract on the computer
mainframe.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-409-564 for
$1,567.80 and made payable to Applied Digital Data Systems.
