CORRECTION OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT MINUTES FOR
JULY 27, 1989 TO AMEND ORDER N0. 18870 AND
ORDER N0. 18871 TO READ COUNTY JUDGE TO WRITE LETTER
AND NOT COMMISSIONER MORGAN
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray, Baldwin and Holekamp voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to correct
the minutes of Commissioners' Court for July 27, 1989 to
amend order No. 18870 and Order No. 18871 to read County
Judge to write letter and not Commissioner Morgan, was
approved by a majority vote.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES AS AMENDED
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved the amended minutes of
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular
Session on July 10, 1989, July 13, 1989, July 14, 1989,
Special Session on July 20, 1989, Special Session on July 27,
1989, Special Session on August 4, 1989, Special Session on
August 8, 1989, and Special Session on August 11, 1989, as
recorded in Volume R, Pages 418 thru 466.
