~sst9s: David Litke, Head of Kerr County Environmental Health gave a report on activities for the month of July 1989. Mr. Litke has asked Dr. B. L. Carlile to return for a two day meeting with the Kerr County Environmental Health staff and possibly local installers. Mr. Litke will also act as first response agent, up to a point, for the State. ORDER N0. 18896 ACCEPT PREVIOUS PERMITS ISSUED PRIOR TO MARCH 1988 AND TO BE VALID UNTIL JANUARY 1, 1990, BUT THESE MUST BE INSTALLED AND OPERATED UNDER THE CURRENT RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN BY PUBLICATION On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to accept previous permits issued prior to March 1988 to be valid until January 1, 1990, but these must be installed and operated under the current "RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES" and construction standards. Kerr County Environmental Health shall publish notice of this Order in the Kerrville Daily Times, thus notifying the people holding these permits of the deadline to use them.
