~ ~sQ9s: ~ David Litke, Head of Kerr County Environmental Health gave a report on activities for the month of July 1989. Mr. Litke has asked Dr. B. L. Carlile to return for a two day meeting with the Kerr County Environmental Health staff and possibly local installers. Mr. Litke will also act as first response agent, up to a point, for the State. ORDER N0. 18896 ACCEPT PREVIOUS PERMITS ISSUED PRIOR TO MARCH 1988 AND TO BE VALID UNTIL JANUARY 1, 1990, BUT THESE MUST BE INSTALLED AND OPERATED UNDER THE CURRENT RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN BY PUBLICATION On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to accept previous permits issued prior to March 1988 to be valid until January 1, 1990, but \ these must be installed and operated under the current "RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES" and construction standards. Kerr County Environmental Health shall publish notice of this Order in the Kerrville Daily Times, thus notifying the people holding these permits of the deadline to use them. ORDER NO. 18897 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 14th day of August, 1989, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, PAGE 471 ,~ which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Flood Control, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund. Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to pay said claims and accounts, with the exception of Invoice No. 7517 in Road & Bridge and Indigent Health Care. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 12:10 o'clock P.M. _ COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED in open session at 1:35 o'clock P.M. with all members present except the County Judqe. ORDER NO. 18898 REFERRAL TO COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR AN OPINION REGARDING ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR RURAL ADDRESSING AND ASSIGNING STREET NAMES AND NUMBERS On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to refer to the County Attorney for an opinion the County establishing standards for rural addressing and assigning street names and numbers as per Senate Bill 1091, Art. 6702-1, Vernon's Texas Civil Statues, Section 2.011.
