On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to amend Order No. 18862 dated
July 27, 1989, on receipt no. 347782, U. 5. Treasury Note,
the amount of the Note should be $1,000,000.00 and NOT
$1,100,000.00 as stated. This was a typographical error made
by Chas. Schreiner Bank.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN
NON-DEPARTMENTAL AND TO PAY BILL
On this the 14th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp and Morgan, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY",
said motion to transfer $22,000.00 from Line Item No.
10-660-425, 216th Task Force, to Line Item No. 10-409-561,
Computer Hardware, in Non-Departmental, was approved by a
majority vote.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-409-561,
Computer Hardware, for $22,000.00 and made payable to
r Software Group, Inc.
