COURT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR MR. DENSON TO
WRITE LETTERS TO THOSE INVOLVED INFORMING THEM
OF SAID REPRESENTATION
on this the 25th day of August 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved Robert A. Denson, County Attorney,
to represent Kerr County in Case Number 87-154-B in the 198th
District Court and authorized Mr. Denson to write letters to
all individuals involved informing them of said
representation.
