the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were

MOTION TO AMEND ORDER NO. 18962 PASSED AUGUST 25,
1989 TO INCLUDE KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
AND KERR COUNTY JUDGE
On this the 6th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to amend Order No. 18962 passed by
the Court on August 25, 1989, to read:
the Court unanimously approved Robert A. Denson, County
Attorney, to represent Kerr County, Kerr County
Commissioners, and the Kerr County Judge.
(Commissioner Morgan was out of the Courtroom during voting.)
