COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on September
11, 1989 at 10:08 A. M. with the following officers present:
Danny R. Edwards, County Judge
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct 1
Bill Ray, Commissioner Precinct 2 ABSENT
Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner Precinct 3
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner Precinct 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of September 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public
Library, Juvenile State Aid, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent
Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan,
and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
voting "NAY", said motion to pay said claims and accounts,
with the exception of a hold on Invoice No.8099, was approved
by a majority vote.
