APPROVAL OF ROBERT A. DENSON, COUNTY ATTORNEY,
TO SZGN SALES AND USE TAX SUIT AUTHORIZATION
WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS
On this the 11th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved for Robert A. Denson, County Attorney,
to sign a Sales and Use Tax Suit with the State of Texas for
recovery of delinquent County taxes.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 12:30 P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED AT 1:57 P.M. with all members
present, and the Court having duly opened the following

ORDER SETTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 11th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved an order setting a fee schedule
for Kerr County, for service or attempted service, as
recommended by Sheriff Frances A. Kaiser, as per Section
118.131, Local Government Code, with all Sheriff's fees
remaining the same as were set on August 24th, 1987, at
$40.00, and all Constables fees being set at 540.00, said
fees to be effective on January 1, 1990, listed as follows:

APPROVAL OF ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR KEITH
BOULEVARD
On this the 11th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the County Engineer, Gerald
Menefee, to advertise for bids for road work on Keith
Boulevard. Bids are to be received in the County Clerk's
Office, Kerr County Courthouse, no later than 5:00 P.M. on
September 28, 1989 and the bids will be opened in
Commissioners' Court at 1:30 P.M. on September 29, 1989.
