AMENDMENT OF ORDER NO. 18967 SETTING THE DATE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 1989-1990 PROPOSED BUDGET
FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
amend Order No. 18967 resetting the date for the Public
Hearing on the proposed 1989-1990 budget for Kerr County, to
September 29, 1989 at 10:00 A. M. was approved by a majority
vote.
JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 2:55 P.M.
'"' EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION AT 3:10 P.M.
At the conclusion of regular agenda items, Commissioners'
Court met in Budget Workshop. The Budget Workshop recessed
at 6:35 P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED in Budget Workshop on
Tuesday, September 12, 1989 at 10:00 A.M. with all officers
present except County Judge Edwards. Budget Workshop
recessed at 11:45 A. M. Budget Workshop reconvened at 1:30
P. M. and continued until 5:15 P.M. at which time the workshop
was recessed.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED in Budget Workshop on
Thursday, September 14, 1989 at 9:12 A. M. with all officers
present except County Judge Edwards.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED THE BUDGET WORKSHOP at 12:30
P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on
Thursday, September 14, 1989 at 1:35 P.M. with all officers
present, and the Court having duly opened the following
proceedings were had:
