COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Friday,
September 22, 1989 at 1:30 P.M. with all officers present',
and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER NO. 19025
APPROVAL TO WRITE A HAND CHECK TO SIMON J. HARRIS,
JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER, FOR TRAVEL EXPENSE
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to write a hand check to Simon J.
Harris, Juvenile Probation Officer, for travel expense to
California to bring a run away home.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
-~- authorized to draw a voucher on Line Ztem No. 10-570-482 for

51005.10 and made payable to Simon J. Harris.
Three bids were received and opened for road work on Thrill
Hill Road from Olmos Equipment Co., Walter Masters
Construction, and Reichenau Bros. Const. Co., Inc.

REFERRAL OF BIDS ON THRILL HILL ROAD TO THE
COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER FOR HIS CONSIDERATION AND
RECOMMENDATION
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to refer the bids on road work on Thrill
Hill Road to the County Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee, for
his consideration and recommendation.
